As an Indian-owned economic enterprise, NANA Services can offer clients benefits through the Buy Indian Act. Prime contractors who hire NANA Services as a subcontractor, are eligible for a five-percent “incentive” on Department of Defense projects. The Buy Indian Act, as defined under the Indian Incentive Program, (FAR 52.226-1), is a federal program funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
